Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options and associated costs?
We offer two considered methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Provides detailed tracking and reliable handling. Transit time is 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Complimentary Shipping: Via EMS on all orders over $50. A cost-effective option for the patient curator. Transit time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take before shipment?
Every order undergoes a 1-2 business day processing period, where our team meticulously prepares and verifies each piece. Transit times begin once your order is dispatched and a tracking notification is sent.
Where do you ship to?
We proudly serve a global community, shipping internationally from our Sacramento base. We exclude only a select number of remote regions where reliable service cannot be guaranteed (including parts of Asia and other remote locales).
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local regulations. These are not included in our shipping costs or item prices.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags and packaging intact, so they may re-enter our curated world.
How do I initiate a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or item, we recommend initiating a return for the original piece and placing a new order for the desired item.
