Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment has been authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Flat rate of $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, except to certain remote regions and parts of Asia. It is your responsibility to check if we ship to your location before ordering.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Final Sale Items

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
• Final Sale Items: To uphold our standards of quality, hygiene, and integrity, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • All JEWELRY (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • All HATS (for hygiene reasons).
  • Footwear showing any signs of wear or tried on outside on hard surfaces.
  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or purchased during a final sale promotion.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes on the returned package are also the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (cards) or 3-7 days (PayPal) after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds are for the product value only; original shipping and import fees are non-refundable.
